Isle of Lewis, Scotland.
There are quite a few shipwrecks of all sizes around the Hebrides, many of them photographed constantly. It was more interesting to seek out some lesser seen ones, like this little abandoned rowboat.
I only use professional photo paper, and do all printing in a professional lab so you receive the longest-lasting and highest quality photographic prints. Standard mounted photos look their best in any situation. Prints that are mounted will not ripple or bend in frames over the years. You also gain the option of hanging them as-is, without a frame. Prints can be done with either a lustre or glossy finish.
Material varies based on size:
- Sizes from 12x18 to 24x36 are mounted on 2mm Styrene, a smooth mounting surface that resists warping.
- Size 30x45 is mounted on Gatorfoam, a rigid, durable backing which prevents warping.
Photos take on a magical luminescence when displayed on metal prints, an art medium for displaying photos by infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum sheets. These come ready to hang with hanging hardware included, or can be framed. Metal prints can be finished in lustre or high gloss. I recommend the high gloss as it shows off the print best when printed on the aluminum.
